Meridian - iPhone 5 Battery Case

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR UNIT.

Owner’s manual

Thank you for purchasing the iPhone 5, Meridian. The Meridian case oers the convenience of an external

battery built into the full protection of a hard case. You can use it as a case all the time and enjoy the

convenience of extra battery power when you need it.

Included in the package you have purchased:

Meridian, USB charging / cable and User manual

Note: Prior to initial use, fully charge your Meridian before connecting to your iPhone.

You can charge the Meridian case with the Micro USB to USB cable included with the case. Just plug the Micro

USB into the case, and the other ends USB into a computer USB port or into a wall plug style adapter that has a

USB output. The case will only charge in the OFF position.

The LED status indicators show the current charging status of the case. The LED’s will blink and become steady as

the case charges, from right to left the 1st LED , 2nd LED, 3rd LED and nally the 4th LED. Once the 4th LED has

become steady, the charging process has nished.

With the Meridian connected to the iPhone charging is as follows.

First the iPhone will be charged fully and then the Meridian begins to charge.

With the built in “ON / OFF” button you have the option of

using the Meridian when you need it. When you need an

extra charge in your phone, just push the button and hold

for two seconds to turn “ON” and the iPhone case will

proceed to charge your main battery. When you are ready

to turn it “OFF,” just hold the button again for two seconds

and the Meridian will shut “OFF.”

Slide your iPhone facing you into the Meridian from the

connector and the bottom of the iPhone line up and

connect correctly. Then take the top cover aligning it

into the channels of the lower case, slide down until it

sets rmly into the bottom half of the case. Once

connected you can push the “ON / OFF” button located

on the back of the case once to turn it “ON.” You should

now see the charge indicator icon appear on your

iPhone.

The integrated LED status indicator tells you exactly how much battery power is

left in your case. Simply press the “ON / OFF” button. The 1st LED will indicate

20% or less charge remaining, the 2nd LED will indicate between 40 – 60%

charge remaining and the 3rd LED will indicate 60 -80% charge remaining, and

the 4th LED will indicate 80-100% charge remaining.

date of purchase when sold through our website or our authorized retailers. Warranties are not transferable. The

warranty excludes damage resulting from accident, misuse, modication, delay or loss of use, damage to

equipment or by normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims made after 60 days from the original date of purchase, will require a processing fee. Details will

be included while completing the online warranty request. Payment can be made via credit card when

completing the warranty form or a check can be included with the package when it is returned to Lenmar. Once

the request is completed, you will be emailed with a conrmation WRA number and instructions on how to

return the item for a warranty replacement.

Battery Consumption

Your Meridian will always drain rst until its power is 5%, and then your iPhone switches to its main battery.

The LED status indicator shows the current charging status of the case.

Blinking RED LED shows 30% or less capacity, Blinking BLUE LED shows 30 -70%,

Blinking GREEN LED shows 70-95% and nally a Solid GREEN LED shows the case is 100% charged.

The integrated LED status indicator tells you exactly how much battery power is

left in your case. Simply press the “ON / OFF” button.

Checking remaining capacity of the case

Blinking RED LED shows 10% or less charge remaining.

Steady RED LED shows 10 - 30% charge remaining.

Blinking BLUE LED shows 30 - 70% charge remaining.

Solid GREEN LED shows 70 -100% charge remaining.
